RETIRED EDUCATOR • BURLINGTON
After 35 years in the classroom, Linda retired in 2024 as principal of Burlington Elementary. She and her husband spend summers on Lake Champlain and winters in Florida. Three grandchildren and — she says — more on the way.

HARDWARE & COMMUNITY • RUTLAND
Still running the family hardware store into its third generation. Mike coaches youth hockey in the winter and is counting the days until the reunion to reconnect with old teammates.
Susan Albright-Cole
NURSE & VOLUNTEER • RUTLAND
Susan spent her career as a pediatric nurse in Boston before returning to Vermont in 2021. She’s now volunteering at Rutland Regional and tending what she describes as “an extremely ambitious” vegetable garden.
